The design speed is 200-250m/min. With tension control for upper cotton belt by pneumatic cylinder, and the drive section adopt gear box, drived by electromagnetic speed control motor.
Double Glue Machine
Available with speed 150m/min and 250m/min.
Auto controlling with PLC according to change of speed.
NC Slitter
Quick change order within 3-8sec. Automatic synchronize with the corrugated lines. Use thin tungsten carbide coated blade lifetime can reach over 8 million meters.
NC Cutter Helical Knives
Adopt grey cast iron to keep machine strong and stable. Adopt Germany KEB servo system. Adjustable high precision non-gap gear to ensure cutting precision. Memory of 180 orders.
Automatic Up Stacking Machine
The design speed is 200-250m/min. Max. stacking height is 250mm and max. stacking length is 3500mm. Adopt Vacuum System after NC Cutter to reduce the heat of the paperboard. Automatic change order in 5 seconds, automatic counting and automatic horizontal paperboard delivery.
